How do you envision Andover Street? What are the issues and areas for improvement? The City of Lowell, in conjunction with their consultant Stantec, is working to develop Complete Streets designs along Andover Street. 

 To add your comments and ideas, select a pin from the top of the page and drag it onto the map. We encourage you to add your thoughts regarding pedestrian and vehicle conflict areas, areas that lack pedestrian or bicycle infrastructure, and any other important multimodal consideration. 

The pins represent three areas of focus:

• THINGS I LIKE: What you currently like on Andover Street and would like to stay (i.e. like on-street parking, want to keep the traffic light)
• THINKS I DON"T LIKE: What you would like to see improved/an issue (i.e. don't like the width of the street, where you want a bike lane added)
• MAKE A COMMENT: For general notes not covered (i.e. suggestion for better signage, an area where you want more research/focus on)
